We invite you all to submit your abstracts for a chance to present your work in the field of trichology. The abstracts will be evaluated by the scientific committee based on merit and categorized into Award Paper and Free Paper. Poster presentations will not be accepted.
Registration is mandatory for abstract submission, and all communications will be made via the registered email ID ONLY.
Abstract rejection notifications will be sent by 10th July 2025. If a delegate decides not to attend the conference, a 90% refund will be issued within 15 working days, provided they notify the committee in advance with cancellation details and bank information.
Submission Guidelines:
- Letter of affiliation from the Head of Department (for postgraduates).
- Declaration of conflict of interest (Undertaking by submitting author).
- Abstract submission period: 10th March - 15th June 2025.
- Specify preference for oral presentation - Award Paper (study/research work/therapeutic pearls) or Free Paper (case series/case report).
Abstract Format:
- Title: Block letters with a double space before the presenter’s name.
- Presenter Info: Name and email address.
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt.
- Word Limit: 250 words (excluding title, names, and contact details).
- Study Format: Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results, Conclusion.
- Case Reports: Background, Case Synopsis, Discussion.
Award Paper:
Abstract submission: Kindly submit abstracts ONLY for study / research work / therapeutic pearls to get a chance to present your work pertaining to the field of trichology as award paper.
Time limit for oral presentation: 5 minutes
Free Paper:
Abstract submission: Kindly submit abstracts for case reports/ case series to get a chance to present your work pertaining to the field of trichology as free paper
Time limit for oral presentation: 4 minutes
Quiz Details
Online Round 1
- Date: 13th June 2025
- Eligibility: Open for all PG students. Team of 2 PG students per college.
- Format: Online test with 30 MCQs.
- Selection: Top 8 teams from PAN India qualify for the next round.
Online Round 2
- Date: 11th July 2025
- Format: Online test with negative marking.
- Selection: Top 4 teams qualify for the final round.
Final Stage Physical Round
- Date: 30th August 2025
- Location: THE LaLiT Hotel, Mumbai
- Participants: Top 4 teams from Round 2.
- Format: Stage round with Quiz Master.
