Guidelines to Exhibitors to Trichology Update 2025 Mumbai
- The Exhibition area will be handed over to the exhibitors for fabrication on 28th Aug 2025 at 12 midnight.
- Exhibition area will be functional from 8am to 6pm on 30th August & from 8am to 3pm on 31st August 2025.
- Exhibitors should not use areas other than that allotted to them for any kind of display or service. If any unauthorized branding materials are found, they will be removed without notice.
- Material Sales will not be permitted in the Expo.
- Keep the Exhibition area clean and tidy. Waste Material generated at the Stall should be removed by the Exhibitors on a daily basis.
- All the materials brought in by the exhibitors should be cleared by 4pm on 31st August 2025.
- Complimentary registration badges for the exhibitors should be collected from the Registration counter at the venue on 29th August 2025.
- Any damages caused to the Octonoram Panels will be recovered from the responsible exhibitor.
- 1KVA power will be provided for all other stalls. Exhibitors will not be allowed to use power more than allotted to them.
- Organizing committee will not be liable for any loss or damage of the valuables kept in the Exhibition area by the Exhibitors.
- Food & beverages will not be allowed in the venue from outside.
